Landfall by user8277526

Format: Commander

Commander: Tatyova, Benthic Druid

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a "lands matter" value deck helmed by Tatyova, Benthic Druid, built to convert every land drop into extra cards and life. The plan is straightforward: ramp hard, cast Tatyova, then chain landfall triggers into a suffocating resource advantage while token engines and huge elementals turn that advantage into an unanswerable board. Primary wins are combat-based - Avenger of Zendikar's pumping Plant army, Scute Swarm's exponential copies, Zendikar's Roil/Primeval Bounty/Trudge Garden tokens, and an enormous Multani, Yavimaya's Avatar - with Rite of Replication as a one-card blowout on any of them. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins through inevitability, land-count growth, and a deep land-search package that makes the engine run every game. It is a mid-speed, high-consistency value deck that punishes long games.
