Format: Commander

Commander: Jhoira, Ageless Innovator

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Jhoira, Ageless Innovator heads a blue-red artifact engine built to cheat oversized artifacts into play ahead of schedule. Her counter-based ability scales each turn, and untappers such as Pemmin's Aura, Ioreth, Aphetto Alchemist, Corridor Monitor, and Minamo let the deck activate her multiple times per turn, dropping 6-9 mana artifacts by the mid-game. Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain, Urza, Daretti, and Goblin Welder provide drawing and recursion. The primary win is combat with Wurmcoil Engine, Myr Battlesphere, Kappa Cannoneer, and Sharding Sphinx; the Welder/Sewer-veillance Cam loop can produce an overwhelming board. There is no true hidden commander, though Urza, Lord High Artificer functions as a secondary engine.
