Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Gruul combat and Voltron strategy led by Stangg, Echo Warrior. The primary engine accelerates mana in the opening turns to deploy Stangg alongside impactful Auras and Equipment. When Stangg attacks, his ability creates the Stangg Twin token and duplicates every attached Aura and Equipment, effectively doubling combat enhancements, enter-the-battlefield triggers, and resource engines. Card draw permanents like Elemental Bond and Greater Good exploit these transient tokens for massive card advantage before they are sacrificed at the end step. The deck closes games either through overwhelming combat damage boosted by Xenagos, God of Revels and Wulfgar of Icewind Dale, or through an infinite combat loop using Aggravated Assault paired with Bear Umbra or Old Gnawbone. Supported by format-ceiling fast mana and premier defensive spells, the deck establishes a rapid, highly resilient clock.
