Galea AuraStrat by SnoopyKiwi

Format: Commander

Commander: Galea, Kindler of Hope

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Bant Aura/Equipment Voltron deck helmed by Galea, Kindler of Hope. The plan is to park an enchantress engine early - Sythis, Harvest's Hand, Sram, Senior Edificer, or Pearl-Ear, Imperial Advisor - then cast Galea and use her top-of-library clause to chain Auras and Equipment directly off the deck, with Equipment auto-attaching to a creature. The kill is commander damage: Galea goes unblockable with Steel of the Godhead or Aqueous Form, balloons with All That Glitters / Ancestral Mask / Ethereal Armor, and closes via double strike from Halvar, God of Battle or Holy Avenger plus the extra combat from Finest Hour. Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice and Sovereigns of Lost Alara tutor the next Aura, with Sovereigns of Lost Alara able to find the Eldrazi Conscription one-shot. Mass recursion through Mantle of the Ancients and Retether, backed by a deep protection suite, makes the suited stack unusually durable.
