Deck overview

This deck builds a board of Pests, Insects, Spiders, and other creature types that benefit from life gain. Blech, Loafing Pest turns every life-gain event into counters across much of the board, while cards such as Essence Warden, Virulent Emissary, Bogwater Lumaret, and Pest tokens supply repeated triggers. Sacrifice outlets and death payoffs add cards, life, and damage through Moldervine Reclamation, Dina, Essence Brewer, Mirkwood Bats, and Cauldron of Essence. The strongest finish uses Blech, Loafing Pest, Spike Feeder, and Dina, Soul Steeper: the first two create infinite life, and Dina, Soul Steeper converts that life into unlimited loss for each opponent. Limited tutoring and card flow make this a late, exposed setup rather than a dependable early combo deck. Without the combo, the deck wins through a growing creature board, but it lacks haste, compact damage, and sustained protection.
