Commander: Firkraag, Cunning Instigator

Deck overview

This is a **tempo/midrange Dragon deck** built around Firkraag, Cunning Instigator and the "blink/double-trigger" package of Equipment. The plan is to deploy Firkraag early, use his haste + draw trigger to chain Equipment tutors, then finish the table with an overwhelming combat step, defended by a dense stack of free / cheap interaction and a stax tax tax package (Propaganda, Kazuul, goad effects) that makes it hard for the table to answer back on your turn. The deck is **very redundant** and heavily weighted toward artifact/Equipment synergies, with a robust suite of instants and protection magic. It is not a combo deck that gets you "oops I win" out of nowhere; it aims to live on a knife's edge, then bury each opponent under a mountain of 4/4 with double strike. Commander's role: **Core**. Without Firkraag, the deck loses its primary draw engine, its goad suite, and its combat. The deck does not really function without casting him; he is not just value. This places deck **moderate**-**high** dependency on commander? Actually I'd rate it "**high**" in a commander-dependency because a "well-timed Vandal Wave" on Firkraag can cost you 2+ turns and deck's offensive clock stops. ---
