Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a W/U "group hug" control deck built around The Second Doctor and Clara Oswald. The Doctor grants no maximum hand size and an end-step trigger that lets each opponent draw to buy attack immunity; Clara doubles that trigger, and Delney, Streetwise Lookout plus Roaming Throne can triple or quadruple it. The primary win condition is not combat but mill: the deck forces opponents to draw huge hands through Howling Mine, Kami of the Crescent Moon, Font of Mythos, and Forced Fruition, then repeatedly activates Folio of Fancies to deck each opponent. A dense counterspell suite and pillow-fort pieces like Ghostly Prison and Propaganda keep the pilot alive while the draw engines run.
