Deck overview

This deck is a classic Mono-Blue Control and Combo strategy that uses Syr Elenora, the Discerning as a hand-scaling card-draw source and blocker. The deck controls the early and mid-game using cheap cantrips, robust draw engines like Rhystic Study and Mystic Remora, and an extensive counterspell suite packed with free interaction. Once it secures sufficient mana, it executes a compact win condition by exiling its library with Thought Lash or Paradigm Shift and resolving Thassa's Oracle, Jace, Wielder of Mysteries, or Laboratory Maniac. Backup plans leverage Hullbreaker Horror for board domination and infinite bounce loops with mana rocks. The deck excels at protecting its combo turn with zero-mana counterspells while disrupting fast opposing threats.
