Master of Laketown by ralmeister

Format: Commander

Commander: The Master of Lake-town

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a monoblack drain-and-mill combo deck, not a fair combat deck. The Master of Lake-town is the commander, but he is an amplifier rather than a required engine: every life-loss event mills and his death trigger draws. Syr Konrad, the Grim serves as the hidden commander for the same mill-and-pain axis. The main win is Bloodchief Ascension plus Mindcrank, which snowballs once charged into a life-loss/mill loop. The deck also carries a one-card draw kill with Peer into the Abyss plus Underworld Dreams, and a graveyard-independent kill with Professor Onyx plus Chain of Smog.
