Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Boros artifact aristocrats strategy commanded by Ragost, Deft Gastronaut. Ragost turns every artifact you control into Food and serves as a repeatable burn engine, dealing 3 damage to each opponent whenever you sacrifice a Food for one mana. The list supports this with dense artifact token generation from pieces like Academy Manufactor, Nuka-Cola Vending Machine, and Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon, alongside cantrip artifacts that replace themselves when sacrificed. Damage multipliers such as Solphim, Mayhem Dominus and secondary pingers like Ingenious Artillerist and Reckless Fireweaver rapidly escalate table-wide pressure. A robust defensive package headlined by Teferi's Protection, Deflecting Swat, and Dawn's Truce shields vital permanents from opposing disruption. Although the deck lacks dedicated fast mana and instant-speed stack counters, its steady accumulation of disposable artifacts and recursive engines provides strong mid-game inevitability.
