Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai God tribal midrange strategy led by the partner pair Kratos, Stoic Father and Atreus, Impulsive Son. The game plan revolves around casting both commanders early, attacking with Gods to generate experience counters, and growing creatures into massive threats using Kratos's end-step ability. As experience counters accumulate, Atreus provides steady card draw and direct table-wide damage. High-impact Gods such as God-Eternal Oketra, The Locust God, and Iroas, God of Victory expand the board with tokens and grant evasion. If Sage of Hours is played with 5 or more experience counters, Kratos creates an infinite extra-turn loop to finish the game immediately. The deck features resilient threats and fast engine recovery since experience counters stay with the player, though it relies on standard combat steps and targeted protection spells to close out the game.
