Deck overview

This deck is a Dimir tempo aggro strategy commanded by Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow. The primary game plan revolves around deploying cheap, evasive one-drop creatures on the first turn and immediately using Commander Ninjutsu on Turn 2 to cheat Yuriko onto the battlefield unblocked. When Yuriko and other Ninjas deal combat damage to players, they reveal the top card of the library, drawing that card and forcing each opponent to lose life equal to its mana value. The deck maximizes this damage by running high-mana-value delve spells, split cards, and adventure cards like Shadow of Mortality, Dead Drop, and Dig Through Time that can be cast cheaply or used for alternate utility. While it lacks dedicated fast mana and high-end tutors, its dense suite of unblockable attackers, cheap tempo bounce spells, and uncounterable commander activations produce a fast, resilient clock that pressures all three opponents simultaneously.
