New Untitled Deck by aleisonfire

Format: Commander

Commander: Karumonix, the Rat King

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Karumonix, the Rat King leads a mono-black aggro deck that aims to eliminate all three opponents through poison counters and swarm combat damage. Karumonix serves as both the primary card engine and the central win enabler, restocking your hand with Rat cards upon entry and granting every Rat on your board toxic 1. The main strategy deploys low-cost rodents early, triggers Karumonix to replenish resources, and establishes an initial poison counter on every player using cards like Ichor Rats. From there, evasive equipment, mass menace from Piper of the Swarm, and proliferate effects such as Vraska, Betrayal's Sting quickly reach the lethal ten-poison threshold.
