This is a Boros goad-politics deck helmed by Baeloth Barrityl, Entertainer paired with Noble Heritage. The core plan forces opponents' creatures into combat against each other via dense goad effects while Baeloth's power threshold auto-goads smaller bodies and converts their deaths into Treasures. Noble Heritage layers protection-from-players and steady +1/+1 counters, letting Baeloth outscale the table and stay safe. Pillowfort pieces (Ghostly Prison, Crawlspace, Nils, Discipline Enforcer) and a solid equipment package keep the commander alive long enough to generate value. Primary wins come from attrition (opponents eliminating one another) followed by mass-theft finishers (Insurrection, Mob Rule, Hot Pursuit) or decisive combat backed by Gisela, Blade of Goldnight and double-strike enablers.
