Tolabow, Loch Rascal Dragonstorm by user4489916

Format: Commander

Commander: Tolabow, Loch Rascal

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Tolabow, Loch Rascal is a single-faced commander whose Rulebreaker rule adds red to an otherwise blue instant/sorcery identity, enabling an Izzet ritual-storm build. Primary plan: filter and tutor into Mana Geyser + Narset's Reversal + Reiterate (with Ruby Medallion) to generate a large burst of red mana and storm, then finish with Elemental Eruption or Dragonstorm into a flying-dragon swarm. Secondary paths: Astral Dragon + Machine God's Effigy token-combo and dragon-based beatdown with Ancient Silver Dragon/Shimmer Dragon. Tolabow's cast trigger makes Otter tokens as blockers and storm fodder, but the core loop does not need the commander, and there is no hidden commander or second face to analyze.
