Deck overview

This mono-blue deck piloted by Kami of the Crescent Moon weaponizes symmetric card draw into an asymmetric mill and life-loss engine. In the early game, it deploys low-cost draw doublers, pillowfort defenses, and mana rocks to establish a steady flow of resources. By mid-game, it pivots into heavy attrition, using permanents like Psychic Corrosion, Sphinx's Tutelage, The Water Crystal, and Iron Maiden to punish opponents for holding and drawing cards. Sudden bursts of forced card draw from Windfall, Jace's Archivist, and Teferi's Puzzle Box rapidly deplete opposing libraries while dealing incidental damage through Psychosis Crawler and Scrawling Crawler. To stay alive against aggressive boards, the deck leverages mass bounce spells such as Cyclonic Rift, Aetherize, and Evacuation alongside efficient pitch countermagic like Foil and Misdirection fueled by oversized hand sizes.
