Format: Commander

Commander: The Astonishing Ant-Man

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

The Astonishing Ant-Man leads a Simic counter-and-token deck: every card drawn stacks +1/+1 counters on the commander, and his activated ability converts those counters into a swarm of 1/1 Insects. The main path is an exponential draw-attack-activate loop using Curiosity Crafter, Bident of Thassa, or Coastal Piracy, finished with Return of the Wildspeaker or Simic Ascendancy. Secondary wins include library manipulation into Thassa's Oracle/Laboratory Maniac, and the compact Biovisionary + Mirrormind Crown end-step combo. The front face is the engine; Ant-Man, Colony Commander in the 99 is a supporting token maker.
