Format: Commander

Commander: Orvar, the All-Form

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-blue Orvar deck wins by turning cheap targeting instants into permanent copies. Orvar, the All-Form is the primary engine: any instant or sorcery that targets a permanent you control creates a copy of that permanent. The deck pairs Orvar with Peregrine Drake and one-mana spells like Twiddle and Cerulean Wisps to generate infinite mana and infinite Drake copies. Vesuvan Duplimancy acts as a hidden second commander, providing the same copy effect without Orvar. Secondary paths use Wizard synergies, Master of Waves tokens, and Hullbreaker Horror loops. Wins come from infinite attackers, Capsize buyback locks, or bouncing all opponents' boards with Scourge of Fleets.
