Deck overview

This deck is a high-power 5-color Dragon Tribal strategy helmed by The Ur-Dragon. The game plan revolves around exploiting the commander's eminence ability to cast high-impact Dragon spells ahead of schedule. Early turns focus on establishing mana fixing and ramp using cheap artifacts, cost reducers like Dragonlord's Servant and Urza's Incubator, and Treasure engines. By Turns 4 and 5, the deck transitions into deploying overwhelming board multipliers such as Terror of the Peaks, Lathliss, Dragon Queen, Utvara Hellkite, and Old Gnawbone. These threats rapidly snowball into massive aerial combat damage and direct burn, overwhelming the table in a single subsequent attack step. Backup cheat engines like Kaalia of the Vast and Court of Bounty ensure high-tempo deployments even through commander disruption, while selective one-sided wipes like Desolation of Smaug and Ruinous Ultimatum clear opposing blockers.
