wraiths! Wraiths with wings! by tymobu

Format: Commander

Commander: Lord of the Nazgûl

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Lord of the Nazgul leads a spellslinger and creature hybrid deck that converts low-cost instants, sorceries, and Ring-tempting spells into an overwhelming Wraith army. The primary plan uses cheap card draw, interaction, and the nine copies of Nazgul to advance the Ring tempt mechanic, distributing plus-one counters across all Wraiths. Once Lord of the Nazgul is on the battlefield, every noncreature spell generates a three-three menace Wraith. The deck closes games by assembling nine Wraiths to trigger the commander nine-nine buff, bouncing blockers with Raise the Palisade, or using The Black Gate and Rogue's Passage for unblockable combat damage.
