Captain Sisay - Legendary (current) by ClyDeft

Format: Commander

Commander: Captain Sisay

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Selesnya Legendary Tribal deck harnesses Captain Sisay as a command-zone tutor, repeatedly searching for the perfect legendary creature, artifact, or enchantment to answer threats or advance a board-dominant game plan. The primary kill is combat-oriented: ramping into high-impact legendary threats like Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, and Kamahl, Heart of Krosa, then overwhelming opponents with a growing, indestructible, and hexproof-laden army. The deck packs dense card advantage through cast-triggers (Reki, the History of Kamigawa and Venat, Heart of Hydaelyn), generous land-based recursion (Emeria Shepherd, Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle), and a deep protection suite. It wins through combat inevitability rather than infinite combos, grinding out long games via unmatched card quality and recursion.
