Commander: Nekusar, the Mindrazer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Nekusar, the Mindrazer is a Grixis wheel-and-punisher deck. It accelerates with five mana artifacts, then turns shared draws from Reforge the Soul, Day's Undoing, Prosperity, and similar spells into damage through Nekusar and redundant payoffs. The cleanest one-wheel kill uses Bloodletter of Aclazotz, Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, and Nekusar: a seven-card wheel causes 42 life loss per opponent. Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin is the hidden commander; its front face sets up discard and draw, while its back face can loop with Psychosis Crawler. Alania, Divergent Storm offers finite spell-copy value. The list has strong interaction and many threats, but no tutors, protection, recursion, or land ramp, so assembly and timing matter.
