Deathtouch by AdidasPete

Format: Commander

Commander: Tibor and Lumia

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Izzet deck pairs Tibor and Lumia with deathtouch equipment to control the battlefield while executing a spellslinger beatdown strategy. By equipping the commander with cards like Basilisk Collar or Gorgon's Head, every red spell becomes a one-sided board wipe against opposing ground creatures. Simultaneously, blue spells grant flying to friendly creatures or trigger mass evasion through Archetype of Imagination and Wonder. The deck converts continuous spellcasting into lethal pressure using prowess and magecraft threats such as Balmor, Battlemage Captain, Adeliz, the Cinder Wind, Talrand, Sky Summoner, and Guttersnipe, closing out games through sweeping aerial attacks and direct burn.
