Deck overview

Aerid Konstrari leads a Gruul artifact-synergy deck that turns wide token generation into explosive burn and massive combat damage. The game plan focuses on establishing early mana acceleration using artifact lands, low-cost rocks, and token producers like Tireless Provisioner and Roxanne, Starfall Savant. Once assembled on Turn 4, Aerid provides an on-demand Heartwood token generator and a potent {6} mana sink that scales its power with your total artifact count. The deck applies lethal pressure around Turn 6 by converting artifact density into damage through pingers like Reckless Fireweaver and Ingenious Artillerist, overwhelming swings with Depthshaker Titan or Displaced Dinosaurs, and direct burst via Fling and Feedback Bolt. While the deck features robust engine recovery and solid backup beaters in the 99, it remains vulnerable to mass artifact wipes and lacks comprehensive stack interaction. It rewards careful sequencing of artifact drops, timely mana-sink activations, and aggressive combat pivots to close out the table by Turn 8.
