Deck overview

This competitive Commander deck is built around Sisay, Weatherlight Captain, utilizing her repeatable activated ability to tutor legendary permanents directly onto the battlefield. The deck relies on dense fast mana, premier 1-drop mana dorks, and multi-color producers like Bloom Tender and Faeburrow Elder to activate Sisay as early as Turn 3. Once active, Sisay fetches Teferi, Time Raveler to eliminate opposing interaction before tutoring Derevi, Empyrial Tactician and Emiel the Blessed to generate infinite colored mana. With unlimited mana, Sisay puts every legendary permanent from the library into play, granting haste with Samut, Hazoret's Champion and winning on the spot via massive combat damage or direct drain. An elite suite of free counterspells, protective instants, and proactive stax pieces ensures smooth execution while disrupting opposing win attempts.
