Deck overview

Kid Loki is a mono-blue control/creature draw deck. The commander accrues +1/+1 counters from the second card drawn each turn and grants hexproof to any countered creature that turn; most of the deck is built to trigger that draw repeatedly and then close with evasive, growing threats. The primary plan is to grind card advantage with looting effects, combat-draw enchantments, and counterspells, then finish through a large Chasm Skulker, commander damage from Kid Loki, or Psychosis Crawler's life-loss triggers. Interaction is counterspell-dense, while bounces and mass phasing cover the few resolved threats. Without a true combo, games are decided by incremental damage and durability.
