Deck overview

This deck is an upkeep-engine strategy commanded by Obeka, Splitter of Seconds. The primary objective is to accelerate Obeka into play on Turn 3, grant her unblockability or evasion on Turn 4, and connect in combat to generate additional upkeep steps equal to the combat damage dealt. These extra upkeeps compound the value of powerful upkeep-triggered permanents, including the Court cycle (Court of Ambition, Court of Embereth, Court of Locthwain), Twilight Prophet, As Foretold, Mechanized Production, and Plargg and Nassari. By resolving three to six upkeep steps in a single turn, the deck rapidly burns out the table, strips opposing hands, cheats massive mana costs, and reanimates game-ending threats. The deck protects its commander using ward, shroud, and hexproof equipment, creating a resilient engine that turns standard incremental upkeep triggers into immediate game-ending turns.
