Jhoira of the Ghitu is a suspend-tempo engine that exiles high-mana payoffs for {2} and then accelerates them into play with time-counter manipulation. The primary plan is to resolve Omniscience, Time Stretch, or Etali-style threats ahead of curve, copying cast-from-exile spells with Nalfeshnee and Mizzix. The secondary plan, built around hidden gem The Tenth Doctor, uses attack triggers and time travel to chain extra turns. Jhoira is the central enabler but not irreplaceable: As Foretold, Omniscience, and One with the Multiverse provide alternate cheat engines. Combat with hasty suspended creatures and repeated turns is the conventional finish.
