Deck overview

This deck is a classic mono-white lifegain and token strategy led by Daxos, Blessed by the Sun. The game plan revolves around deploying low-cost Soul Sisters to steadily inflate life totals while fueling synergistic payoffs like Voice of the Blessed, Griffin Aerie, and Enduring Innocence. As the game progresses, the deck transitions from incremental life padding into decisive win conditions. It can overwhelm opponents through wide creature boards buffed by Cathars' Crusade and Nykthos Paragon, or close out the game directly with upkeep triggers from Felidar Sovereign or Test of Endurance. While the deck lacks high-speed mana acceleration and nonland tutors, its high redundancy in early life gain triggers ensures smooth functional development. Interaction is anchored by top-tier white exile spells, while resilient recursive pieces help the board recover from standard removal.
