New Untitled Deck by jstout1990

Format: Commander

Commander: Sonic the Hedgehog

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai go-wide aggro strategy helmed by Sonic the Hedgehog, built around haste and flash creatures that generate explosive treasure synergies. The primary game plan is to deploy Sonic early, attack with haste to trigger his +1/+1 counter distribution, and use the resulting treasure tokens to fuel extra combats (Aurelia, the Warleader) and game-ending pumps (Akroma's Will, Super State). Secondary win conditions include artifact-milestone victories via Hellkite Tyrant (20 artifacts), Knuckles the Echidna (30 artifacts), or Mechanized Production (8+ copies of one artifact). The deck leans heavily on treasure as a mana engine, with Academy Manufactor, Xorn, and Goldspan Dragon multiplying output. Combat inevitability comes from a dense haste/flash creature base and repeated extra combat steps, while a suite of cheap counterspells and protection spells keeps the board safe. The commander's low cost (4 CMC) and haste allow immediate aggression, and the deck's artifact density provides resilience against board wipes through recovery tools like Restoration Magic and Unstoppable Plan.
