Deck overview

Trostani, Selesnya's Voice leads a GW lifegain-populate deck that turns creature ETBs into life and life into tokens. The primary plan is to establish a low-to-the-ground creature engine, gain life with Soul Warden effects and Trostani, then multiply tokens with Growing Ranks, Rhys the Redeemed, and Song of the Worldsoul. Secondary paths are Aetherflux Reservoir's life-payment kill, Storm Herd's flying swarm, and Halo Fountain's 15-creature win. Rhys the Redeemed acts as a hidden commander for the token-doubling plan. Trostani's role is to smooth the engine: every creature entering gains life, and her tap ability populates the best token. The deck wins through incremental board advantage rather than a compact combo.
