Commander: Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Dimir tempo-combo build that weaponizes Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow's commander ninjutsu. A swarm of cheap evasive/changeling creatures puts Yuriko onto the battlefield tapped and attacking as early as turn two, turning each ninja hit into card draw plus table-wide life loss. From there the deck pivots into compact wins: Demonic Consultation with Thassa's Oracle, Doomsday piles into Thassa's Oracle or Laboratory Maniac, Sanguine Bond + Exquisite Blood, and Mindcrank-based mill/drain loops. A dense suite of free counterspells, tutors, and stax pieces - Stasis, Contamination, Opposition Agent - protects the combo turn and slows three opponents. Yuriko's ninjutsu trigger is the primary engine, but the actual kill lines live entirely in the 99, giving the deck a powerful mix of speed, interaction, and late-game inevitability. Extra-turn cards Notorious Throng and Nexus of Fate serve as a secondary combat/extra-turn finish.
