Deck overview

This mono-black artifact deck pairs Armix, Filigree Thrasher and Keskit, the Flesh Sculptor to form a resilient engine centered on artifact sacrifice, graveyard recursion, and aristocrat drain. Armix controls the board by eliminating opposing creatures and discarding high-cost reanimation targets, while Keskit converts expendable artifact tokens into selective card advantage and graveyard fuel. The deck ramps steadily into mid-game powerhouses such as Marionette Master, Syr Konrad, the Grim, Phyrexian Triniform, and Living Death. Wins are achieved through heavy drain triggers whenever artifacts and creatures are sacrificed, supplemented by massive swings from artifact-boosted attackers equipped with Cranial Plating. While the deck possesses robust recovery through extensive reanimation spells, it lacks reactive stack protection and dedicated enchantment or artifact removal, making it reliant on engine momentum and attrition.
