Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai Human tribal combat engine led by Éowyn, Shieldmaiden. It accelerates mana through low-cost mana rocks on turns 1 through 3 to deploy Éowyn on turn 4. On turn 5, playing any Human triggers Éowyn's combat ability, generating two 2/2 red Human Knight tokens with haste and trample, while drawing an extra card if six Humans are present. On turn 6, the deck converts this accumulating wide board into a critical clock using mass anthem effects like Shared Animosity, Erkenbrand, Lord of Westfold, or Beregond of the Guard, as well as unblockable combat pressure from Aragorn, King of Gondor or Taunt from the Rampart. The deck sustains itself via monarch card draw, Mentor of the Meek, and defensive spells such as Unbreakable Formation and Selfless Spirit to weather creature removal. It finishes opponents across turns 7 and 8 through wide, evasive combat damage.
