Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Jund Aristocrats and Goad strategy commanded by Bhaal, Lord of Murder. It pairs cheap recursive creatures like Bloodghast, Butcher Ghoul, and Forsaken Miner with oversized, undercosted beaters such as Daemogoth Titan and Daemogoth Woe-Eater. The game plan revolves around turning creature deaths into immediate advantages: Bhaal places +1/+1 counters and goads opposing creatures to clear the way and force opponents to whittle down each other's life totals. Meanwhile, powerful sacrifice outlets such as Ziatora, the Incinerator, Korvold, Fae-Cursed King, and Stalking Vengeance weaponize high power values into lethal direct damage through spells like Fling and Kazuul's Fury. Supported by efficient one-mana protection spells that return dying creatures immediately, the deck maintains steady pressure, recovers quickly from disruption, and finishes tables within two turn cycles of deploying its primary burn engines.
