CHOWDER.HYBRID.Sisay //V.3// by Nakenbeker

Format: Commander

Commander: Sisay, Weatherlight Captain

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This deck is a five-color legendary toolbox helmed by Sisay, Weatherlight Captain, built to exploit her activated ability as a repeatable battlefield tutor. The strategy revolves around accelerating Sisay onto the battlefield early, boosting her power with additional legendary permanents, then chain-tutoring the exact legendary pieces needed to assemble a game-winning combo. The deck is packed with efficient mana dorks, fast mana artifacts, and a deep suite of premium tutors to ensure consistency. Primary win conditions include the Underworld Breach + Lion's Eye Diamond + Brain Freeze line, infinite mana loops via Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy, Selvala, Heart of the Wilds, and Emiel the Blessed, and storm-style kills using Jeskai Ascendancy or Dramatic Reversal. A dense interaction suite of free counterspells, turn protection, and stax pieces like Lavinia, Azorius Renegade and Teferi, Time Raveler protects the combo turn. The deck is highly tuned, capable of winning from a modest board state, and leverages the command zone to bypass the randomness of the 99.
