Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Selesnya Voltron and combat-storm list centered around Sergeant John Benton. Leveraging an ultra-dense suite of one-mana accelerants, the deck reliably deploys its commander on Turn 2, immediately attacking with haste and trample. Combat damage triggers 'Share Intelligence', drawing cards equal to damage dealt and refilling the hand with low-cost pump spells, land-acceleration permanents, and cheap protection. By Turn 3, the deck unleashes lethal commander damage on a chosen opponent through double strike enablers like Duelist's Heritage and power multipliers like Berserk or Scale Up, drawing a massive grip of cards during combat. Silence effects such as Grand Abolisher, Jennifer Walters, and Voice of Victory completely lock out opposing interaction during your turn, while free and one-mana protective spells like Flawless Maneuver, Tyvar's Stand, and Legolas's Quick Reflexes shield Benton from disruption. The deck sequentially eliminates all three opponents across Turns 3 to 5 in rapid succession.
