Deck overview

This is a general-power Okaun, Eye of Chaos and Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom coin-flip deck. Its central plan is to spend several turns developing mana, cast both expensive partner commanders, and use successful flips to draw cards and grow Okaun, Eye of Chaos. Krark's Thumb greatly improves the quality of the flips, while Whispersilk Cloak, Artful Dodge, or Rogue's Passage can help a large Okaun, Eye of Chaos connect. The plan has real upside, but its ordinary execution is slow and depends on assembling several different roles: mana, both commanders, coin support, evasion, and often protection. The deck has a respectable counterspell package and some efficient removal, but holding those cards delays its commander deployment. Propaganda is useful against creature attacks, yet the deck has no dependable lock or all-table damage engine. It can create explosive turns, but those turns are not reliable enough to support a consistent table finish.
