Deck overview

This is a Golgari Elf-tribal "blightball" deck built around High Perfect Morcant. The plan is to accelerate with cheap mana Elves, flood the board with Elf tokens, and use the commander's trigger - every Elf that enters makes each opponent put a -1/-1 counter on a creature they control - to shrink or dismantle opposing boards. Once the table is softened, lords like Elvish Archdruid, Imperious Perfect, Morcant's Loyalist, Dwynen, and Patchwork Banner turn the swarm into a lethal combat force. High Perfect Morcant's tap-three-Elves proliferate ability both deepens the -1/-1 counter plan and grows your own +1/+1 and planeswalker loyalty counters. There are no infinite combos; wins come from combat, with Morcant's Eyes, Tyvar Kell's emblem, and Mirrormind Crown token-copy tricks as secondary payoff lines.
