Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Simic ramp and token beatdown strategy built around Koma, Cosmos Serpent. The game plan focuses on deploying dense 1-drop and 2-drop mana ramp to cast an uncounterable Koma on Turn 4. Once on the battlefield, Koma generates a 3/3 Serpent token on every player's upkeep, rapidly building a massive board presence while providing instant-speed tap-down control over opposing key permanents and activated abilities. The deck multiplies this engine by copying Koma with nonlegendary clone effects like Spark Double, Irenicus's Vile Duplication, and Roaming Throne. It clears opposing blockers using one-sided bounce spells such as Raise the Palisade and Whelming Wave that spare Serpent creature types, and finishes the table with overwhelming combat damage or a decisive Craterhoof Behemoth overrun by Turn 7.
