Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet spellslinger build helmed by Prismari, the Inspiration, whose granting of storm to all instant and sorcery spells is the engine that carries the entire game plan. The strategy centers on ramping into the commander, chaining cheap cantrips, rituals, and copy effects to build a high storm count, then finishing with a massive copy of Crackle with Power or a miracled Thunderous Wrath to distribute lethal damage across the table. A secondary "prepared" subtheme allows several creatures to copy their own spells, adding incremental value, and Laboratory Maniac sits as a tertiary, poorly supported alternate wincon. The deck is almost entirely dependent on the commander's storm ability to close games efficiently; without it the deck becomes a slow, value-oriented pile of spells with no reliable closure.
