Comet Storm by user6656362

Format: Commander

Commander: Ozai, the Phoenix King

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Ozai, the Phoenix King is both the ramp engine and the finisher: a turn-4 cast gives haste and firebending, and his replacement effect converts all unspent mana into a lasting red pool that also grants flying/indestructible at six mana. The primary plan is to bank red mana, then close with an extra-combat turn: Full Throttle plus a triple-damage effect (Jeska, Fiery Emancipation, or City on Fire) makes three 21-commander-damage attacks. Backup lines are X-spell mass kills (Torment of Hailfire, Comet Storm) fueled by the same pool, and The Rise of Sozin // Fire Lord Sozin acts as a hidden commander, offering a secondary firebending source and graveyard theft. Draw, tutors, and redirection spells give the deck focus.
