Deck overview

This mono-blue mill deck utilizes The Mindskinner as a repeatable, unblockable damage converter that forces all three opponents to mill cards equal to damage dealt. Supported by 15 copies of Persistent Petitioners and global mill engines like Court of Cunning, Psychic Corrosion, and Bruvac the Grandiloquent, the deck applies constant pressure across the entire table. The mana base leverages low-cost mana rocks such as Sol Ring, Sapphire Medallion, and Chrome Mox to accelerate The Mindskinner onto the board by Turn 3, initiating attacks on Turn 4. A suite of counterspells provides protection against opposing game-winning spells and sweepers, while Propaganda deters aggressive creature combat. The strategy aims to eliminate all opponents simultaneously through library depletion around Turn 7.
