Missing Hobbit Precon - Baruk Khazâd! by user9146459

Format: Commander

Commander: Thorin, King of Durin's Folk

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Boros Dwarf/Equipment voltron built around Thorin, King of Durin's Folk. The commander is both a Treasure-generating ETB engine and a growing finisher whose pump scales with artifact tokens. The primary plan is to cast Thorin on turn 4, attach power and double-strike equipment, and kill opponents one by one with commander damage; secondary paths are go-wide Dwarf tokens and Magda's artifact-tutor package. No infinite combo is present, but Great Train Heist can produce a two-kill turn. Bruenor Battlehammer and Kili the Resourceful act as hidden equipment commanders, while Bifur doubles Dwarf triggers once storied is online. Thorin, Mountain-king and Hero's Blade provide free equipment attachment, and blink effects keep the treasure engine running. The deck is a midrange combat deck that trades some interaction for speed and redundancy.
