Tifa Landfall by Jmdt784

Format: Commander

Commander: Tifa Lockhart

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Tifa Lockhart is a landfall voltron deck that wins by doubling Tifa's power with each land that enters and pushing lethal commander damage with trample and pump spells. Extra-land engines like Azusa, Exploration, Ancient Greenwarden and Traveling Chocobo turn fetch lands and instant ramp into explosive power spikes, while Lotus Cobra and Amulet of Vigor add mana and untap value. Secondary paths use +1/+1 counter payoffs such as Mossborn Hydra, Scythecat Cub and Kalonian Hydra, plus big landfall threats like Lumra and Famished Worldsire to pressure the table when Tifa is answered. The only registered combo is Jumbo Cactuar with Windswift Slice to create thousands of Elves, but the deck mainly wins through sequential combat and holds instant protection to force damage through.
