Deck overview

This Sultai deck pairs Ukkima, Stalking Shadow and Cazur, Ruthless Stalker into an aggressive, combat-driven +1/+1 counters engine. The strategy accelerates out an unblockable Ukkima, searches Cazur to hand via partner, and rapidly scales creature stats through counter multipliers like Branching Evolution, Doubling Season, and Innkeeper's Talent. Because Ukkima cannot be blocked and triggers combat-damage card draw from engines like Toski, Bearer of Secrets and Bred for the Hunt, the deck maintains steady hand replenishment while applying lethal commander-damage pressure. Ukkima's leaves-the-battlefield ability weaponizes removal, turning opponent interaction or blink spells like Essence Flux into direct damage bursts. Comprehensive protection spells such as Heroic Intervention and Ripples of Potential shield the board against board wipes, while Overwhelming Stampede provides an explosive overrun finish across the entire table.
