Deck overview

This deck leverages Maular, the Next Evolution and its Rulebreaker mechanic to field massive, high-impact creature threats of mana value 7 or greater across any color identity. Supported by an extensive ramp package of 1-2 CMC mana dorks and cost-cheating artifacts like Monster Manual and Elvish Piper, the deck accelerates rapidly into colossal beaters. Once assembled on Turn 5, Maular doubles the power and toughness of attacking 7+ CMC creatures, converting threats like Titanoth Rex, Gishath, Sun's Avatar, and Maular itself into 20+ power juggernauts. Combat damage eliminates opponents sequentially starting on Turn 6, closing out the table by Turn 8. The deck is resilient thanks to standalone bombs like Apex Devastator and Vaultborn Tyrant, while instant protection spells shield the board from sweepers.
