Deck overview

A mono-blue artifact-control deck built around Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant. The priority is to ramp with artifact mana and cost reducers, then cast the Praetor to double extra-turn spells, counterspells, and draw spells. The main endgame is the Archmage Ascension + Nexus of Fate loop, which grants infinite turns once six quest counters are stacked; Psychosis Crawler, Darksteel Colossus, and commander beats close the game. The commander acts as a force multiplier and a roadblock against opposing combo pieces, while the rest of the list is a permission shell with heavy draw and artifact recursion. Although it can win quickly when it strings Time Stretch or Time Warp copies, the most reliable route is control into a soft lock.
