Deck overview

This Naya Equipment deck leverages Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER as a fast, high-impact Voltron commander. The primary strategy focuses on deploying heavy Equipment such as Colossus Hammer, Sunforger, or Excalibur, Sword of Eden in the opening turns. When Cloud enters the battlefield on Turn 4, its triggered ability attaches an Equipment for free, allowing it to attack immediately with haste. Reaching 7 power enables Cloud to draw cards and generate two Treasure tokens on each swing, funding further plays and holding up protection. Sunforger acts as a versatile utility engine, tutoring game-ending spells like Akroma's Will or crucial defenses like Teferi's Protection and Deflecting Swat. While the deck threatens swift commander damage eliminations, its sequential combat nature requires surviving three opponent response cycles to close the game, leaving it reliant on proactive equipment shielding against removal.
