Silly Frog by hexmaniack

Format: Commander

Commander: Gorma, the Gullet

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This Golgari aristocrats deck wins with redundant sacrifice loops, not combat. The main engine uses Melira, Sylvok Outcast plus Metallic Mimic and persist creatures (Putrid Goblin, Lesser Masticore, Rendclaw Trow) with a free sac outlet (Viscera Seer, Carrion Feeder, Phyrexian Altar, Blasting Station) to create infinite deaths, then closes with Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Vengeful Bloodwitch or Altar of Dementia/Blasting Station. Backup wins are Chain of Smog + Witherbloom Apprentice for infinite magecraft drain and Basking Broodscale + Sadistic Glee for infinite counters, Spawn tokens and mana. Gorma, the Gullet grows when creatures die and buffs new nontokens, but Melira acts as the hidden commander that enables most wins.
